Method · Three passes

From published statements to a claim graph.

01

Ingest public content

Videos, podcasts and newsletters a creator has already published, transcribed and indexed. Public statements only — nothing private, nothing scraped from behind a login.

02

Extract claims, stance and certainty

Each statement becomes a normalized claim with a stance toward the underlying proposition — supports, opposes, neutral — and a reading of how strongly it was phrased.

03

Cross-reference commercial ties

Sponsorships, affiliate programs and brand relationships are mapped onto the same topics, so an emphatic claim and an undisclosed tie can be read side by side.

The full pipeline — definitions, evidence grading, human review — is documented on the methodology page.

Provenance

Every edge has receipts.

A stance in StanceGraph is never a summary judgment floating free of its origin. Each edge in the graph is backed by a record you can open: the exact source, the verbatim quote, the timestamp where it was said, and the version of the extraction model that produced it. If a record can't carry its receipt, it doesn't enter the graph.

Conflict matrix

Stance and sponsorship, on the same page.

A recommendation reads differently once you know the recommender's commercial relationships. The conflict matrix lines up each topic's stance with any brand tie on that topic and whether it was disclosed — a tie is not misconduct, but an undisclosed tie next to an emphatic claim deserves a closer read.
